He published the collection of Latin hymns Odarum sacrarum, the prayer book Phiala odoramentorum and the Cancionale Cithara sanctorum containing more than 400 songs in the Moravian dialect, which had more than 150 editions. It was used until the 20th century and played an important role in spreading the idea of the Reformation in Slavic countries, which is why Trzanowski is called the “Slavic Luther”.
